Technical Support

Make sure your browser and firewall will allow session cookies. Your computer is probably set to block session cookies. Session cookies (very small text files that are saved on your computer, and disappear when you log out) are used to keep you logged in. If you don’t allow session cookies in your browser, or if you block communication with your firewall, you won’t stay logged in from page to page. Software firewalls such as ZoneAlarm may block your computer from sending the session info back to the server so it knows you’re logged in. For this reason, it will continue asking you to log in over and over.

Once you are logged into your account, click on “Account” in the top right section of your screen, then click on “Profile,” then click "Edit profile" to make changes to your account. You may change your mailing address/email address, and other fields from this area.

Once you are logged into your account, click on “Account” in the top right section of your screen, then click on “Profile,” then click "Edit profile" to make changes to your account. Scroll down to the Account Info section and enter your new password.

From the login screen click "Lost your password?" and follow the steps to set a new password.

To return to a course you were taking, click LOGIN in the top right corner of the screen. You will then need to sign in to your account. Once you have successfully signed in, you will see a list of your courses. Click on the name of the course you wish to continue.

Any information that you provide in your profile is kept confidential (non-public). The information you provide will help us serve you and deliver meaningful content to you.

The first step is to check you spam/junk inbox in your email account. Most of the time this will be the reason you didn't see our email.

If you can't find it there, please attempt to reset your password. From the login screen click on "Lost your password?", then enter your username or email address you registered with. If your account was created, you will be sent a new email with a password reset link. In the case that your username or email address isn't working, you will need to register again.
